About Us

Our mission is to support the professional and personal development of women in the structured settlements industry through community, education, mentorship, and wellness.

Mentor
We believe in creating a community that provides a way for experienced women to pass on their hard-earned wisdom to others searching for their path.  Women empower other women in a way that no one and nothing else can.

Join our powerful community of strong women: find a mentor or mentee, learn from experts, share your ideas and unlock your true potential.

Educate
Our community strives to elevate women professionally and help them reach their full potential in whatever their respective pursuits may be.

Our initiatives will provide educational development opportunities for personal and professional growth in our industry.

We will promote wellness and share guidance in maintaining a balanced life.

Support
We are reframing "networking".  The fact alone that the word has “work” in it creates pressure for women to feel like it’s something they have to do.  Simply putting yourself in environments that give you the opportunity to meet with peers and get to know each other and share experiences can be a game-changer.

It is amazing to be part of a group of women who want you to be your very best and actively help you to succeed.  We subscribe to the "Shine Theory" which is the idea that when you help another woman rise, we all shine!
