Grab your coffee, iced tea or lemonade and join us on June 23rd at 1:00 as we kickoff of the Summer of YOU!
During the next few months, the NSSTA Women’s Caucus is shifting its focus to YOU and
your well-being. As the pace of work slows down just a bit, and we take some time to enjoy family vacations, long weekends at the lake, or take in a concert or festival, this special time of year presents an opportunity to pause and reflect. We are halfway through the year now (how can that BE???) and it’s a great time to check in with ourselves. How are those New Year’s Resolutions going? Is there something you are struggling with that could use a good old-fashioned brainstorming and girl talk? Jodie Lamb of Arcadia will lead us in a discussion about the importance of checking in with yourself, taking stock and figuring out steps that can move us forward.
Next month, we will enjoy a great conversation with Jenna Werner, a registered dietician who will share PRACTICAL tips with us about healthy eating – nothing crazy! Something you can actually stick with! In August, we will take part in a Movement Challenge – more info to come! September will wrap up our Summer of YOU! with a visit from Melinda Dransfield, the Chief Wellbeing Officer for Happiitude, the world’s leading Happiness and Mindfulness Company committed to creating a healthier, happier, more resilient workplace and world. She is also the owner of Breakthrough Performance Group where she works with individuals and businesses to design and deliver coaching and training programs that help them to tap into their full human potential to create extraordinary results personally and professionally.
